The Rules of golf are OK (with a couple of exceptions!), it's the mindset of the "Coats" that oversee those rules that's getting a little out of hand.  What the hell were they thinking? When the "browns" start to crunch under foot it's not a good sign.  When the best players in the world just laugh without complaining you know how bad it was!
